"Data-Stream gives us greater control over our website in two main ways. Firstly, we can drill right down to the raw code of each area of the site and tailor it to our needs. Secondly, because we sell seasonal fashion items, we have a large volume and turnaround of content which is quick to add and easy to manage.

The system is very intuitive to use even for members of the team who are less technical, and has a very quick learning curve. When we do get stuck it is great to be able to call on the on-line Kentico community for help as well as the standard documentation. The system generates clean, lightweight semantic code which makes the website fast, accessible, cross-browser compatible and search engine friendly.

These elements that were missing before from our website and will allow us to increase sales and profitability for the long term. The key feature of DataStream for us is the SOAP link to our EPOS/stock control system. It retrieves our product data and stock levels automatically and sends customer transaction details back through so we are not entering the same data more than once, and crucially we have the full power of a Kentico-based CMS but with comprehensive integration with our other systems and data.

Since launching the new site we have seen an increase both in traffic and e-commerce conversion rate, and both figures continue to rise as we make further enhancements to the site’s design and functionality to improve the customer experience."
