Is Data-Stream a Cybertill Partner ?
NO
Data-Stream is not a partner with Cybertill. Data-Stream is a company, headed up by an ex-Cybertill account manager, providing an independent solution for the Cybertill system.

We do however have strategic partnerships in particular to our development partners Fluent Technology and Application provider Kentico CMS.


Will Using Data-Stream Affect My Support Contract?
NO
We conform to the rules of the SOAP services that Cybertill have produced, which you pay for and under your agreement and payment of the monthly SOAP hosting fee, they are contracted to support.

Is Data-Stream Compatible With Cybertill?

Data-Stream uses the Cybertill developed SOAP services to communicate between both systems.

As such SOAP services are a platform independent solution who's purpose is to allow completely different system to communicate without the need to be compatible.

Is Data-Stream Required To Be Authorised by Cybertill?
NO
As can be seen from the Cybertill literature on the SOAP solution they provide, there is no requirement to be a partner or authorised by Cybertill to create a solution which integrates with their system.

Can Data-Stream Damage My Cybertill System ?
NO
We conform to the rules of the SOAP services produced by Cybertill.

Do I Need Cybertill To Do Anything ?
Yes
You will need to purchase from Cybertill the SOAP services module and also pay a monthly SOAP hosting fee for your continued support.

If we had issue between Cybertill & Data-Stream who's to blame?
Unlike many other systems or scenarios using the Cybertill SOAP service draws a very clear line in the sand.

Basically, if we are not getting data from Cybertill it is a Cybertill issue and under your SLA with Cybertill for the provision of the service and payment of the monthly SOAP hosting fee they will correct any issues.

If the issue is on our side, then we would correct any issue experienced under your agreement with us.

We are happy to communicate with Cybertill on your behalf and would require your authority to do so in advance.
